Now Hiring - Wholesale Nursery Sales Representative in Lake Stevens, WA

Van Klaveren's Nursery is a wholesale nursery specializing in ornamental shrubs, trees, and grasses. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, which include garden centers, landscapers and re-wholesalers located in the Pacific Northwest.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for:

• Identifying and contacting potential customers
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers by visiting customer locations.
• Responding to customer inquiries and requests
• Negotiating sales and contracts with customers
• Produce progressively increasing sales revenue in order to meet sales quotas;
• Coordinating with the production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Updating and maintaining customer records in our CRM system

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of sales experience in horticulture or wholesale nursery industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Basic knowledge of horticulture and plant materials
